RMA Request & Return Instructions
Step 1: Request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Please complete the online form in its entirety and return to Celina Tent, Inc.

- Print & Fax to: 419-584-0949 Attn: RMA Dept
- All RMA request forms must be completed and returned to our office in order to obtain RMA #.
- Incomplete forms will result in an RMA# not being issued.
- Typically you will receive RMA # within 72 hours of your RMA request. If you have not received RMA # within that time, please let us know as we probably did not receive the RMA request as it was sent.
When the RMA request is received:
- A technician will review the RMA request.
- If determined that it can be fixed over the phone or if more information is needed regarding the detailed issue on the form, a technician may call or email directly to clarify.
- Once an RMA # is generated, an RMA form will be provided to you with instructions on how to return the product back to Celina Tent, Inc.
- The RMA # and form will be returned to you by email or fax only.
- If an advanced replacement is required, Celina Tent Inc. must have a new purchase order and/or payment in order to release the replacement product.
- If an advance replacement is requested, customer agrees to pay for ALL shipping and handling costs of the replacement item.
- If returned item is not repairable or damaged out of warranty, the customer agrees to pay for replacement item(s).
Step 2: Pack the Items
- Place your item in the original packaging and/or pallets and secure.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipment.
- Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
Step 3: Ship the Items
- RMA's automatically expire 20 business days from the RMA# issue date, if the product has not been received by Celina at that time.
- Take care of the products original packaging during shipment, any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging will affect this return and can result in larger restocking charges on that item.
- The RMA# must accompany return items to ensure correct processing.
- Email a tracking number with RMA # to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will ensure that the product is correctly tracked and received, and that the RMA is not cancelled if shipped on cutoff date.
